Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, sourcing technical talent, and working with direct clients, implementation partners, or staffing firms. The recruiter should be well-versed in US employment types, tax terms, and recruitment tools.
Required Skills:
2–4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of US staffing processes.
Hands-on experience with W2,1099, and Full-Time hiring.
Experience working with direct clients, , and implementation partners.
Expertise in sourcing through Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean search techniques.
Excellent understanding of IT technologies
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in EST time zones.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
