About the Role
SkinHeal Solutions is a specialized Ayurvedic Dermatology and Trichology center dedicated to providing holistic and effective treatments for skin, hair, and scalp disorders. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Center Manager to lead and manage our Thane center.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Ayurvedic clinics, specialty healthcare centers, dermatology clinics, wellness centers, and healthcare chains. Candidates who have previously worked with organizations such as Parasnath Specialty Clinics, Madhavbaug, or similar patient-centric healthcare institutions will be highly preferred. Strong experience in clinic operations, patient management, treatment counseling, team leadership, and revenue generation is essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesCenter Operations
- Manage the overall operations and performance of the Thane center.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment scheduling, consultations, and treatment coordination.
- Implement operational SOPs and maintain service quality standards.
- Monitor center efficiency, hygiene, and patient satisfaction.
Patient Experience & Counseling
- Ensure exceptional patient service and experience.
- Handle patient concerns, escalations, and feedback effectively.
- Guide patients regarding treatment plans and coordinate follow-ups.
- Work closely with doctors and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and business targets.
- Drive treatment package conversions and patient retention.
- Monitor collections, renewals, and center profitability.
- Support local marketing and business development initiatives.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise front office executives, patient coordinators, therapists, and support staff.
- Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and patient-focused work culture.
- Ensure high levels of team productivity and accountability.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor billing, inventory, expenses, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and documentation standards.
- Coordinate regularly with senior management regarding center performance.
Candidate ProfileQualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinic management, Ayurvedic centers, dermatology clinics, wellness centers, or specialty healthcare organizations.
- Candidates with prior experience at Parasnath Specialty Clinics, Madhavbaug, or similar healthcare organizations will be given preference.
- Proven track record in managing operations, patient satisfaction, team performance, and revenue targets.
