We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused F&B Waiters to join our team and deliver outstanding dining experiences to our guests.

Position: F&B Waiter
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table setup before, during, and after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers whenever appropriate.
- Handle guest requests and communicate concerns to the Captain or Manager.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOPs at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an F&B Waiter or in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a passion for hospitality.
