We are looking for a highly motivated Software Developer with strong expertise in Java and exposure to AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be part of our product development team, contributing to building scalable, high-performance applications while integrating AI capabilities into everyday development workflows.
Experience Required
- 0 to 4 years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong background in Java-based full stack development
- Exposure to AI tools/technologies or implementation of AI in day-to-day development
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance applications using Java technologies
- Work extensively on Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks
- Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., automation, intelligent features, AI APIs, or productivity tools) into applications and workflows
- Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement analysis to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and support
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot
- Experience with Servlets, JSP, and web application development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML
- Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB (or similar NoSQL/SQL databases)
- Experience working in Linux environments is a plus
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworks (such as OpenAI APIs, automation tools, or data-driven models)
- Understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture
