Role: Zonal Coordinator

Preferred Residence Location near: Kalyan Nagar / Banaswadi
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Little Elly centres and monitor day-to-day centre operations.
- Observe classroom activities, staff coordination, and overall centre functioning.
- Support centre teams in curriculum implementation and operational processes.
- Share daily observation and EOD reports with the Head Office.
- Ensure centres follow organisational standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate with centre teams to improve operational efficiency and learning quality.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience working in pre-schools is mandatory.
- Strong observation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Candidate must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for travelling between centres.
- Candidates residing near Kalyan Nagar or Banaswadi will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
