CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
The person will be main point of contact between clients and our internal production team. The role involves managing client communication, project coordination, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client contact
- Understand project briefs and manage client expectations
- Coordinate with artists and internal teams
- Manage timelines, feedback, revisions, and approvals
- Support quotations, scope changes, and invoicing milestones
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience in client servicing within a creative or design environment
- Basic understanding of Print, Graphics & 3D workflow
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
Important Notes
- Full-time, on-site role (no remote or freelance)
- Only candidates currently based in Mumbai would be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
