Salary: ₹25,300 – ₹54,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Associate Manager – Real Estate Sales to drive business growth through field sales, client engagement, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, present suitable property solutions, and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and service delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings and property/site visits.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development strategies.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fluent in Kannada and English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales, business development, and client engagement.
- Target-oriented with a positive and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel for field meetings, client interactions, and site visits.
- Prior experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development will be an added advantage.
