Education – B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering from reputed Universities like Anna University, VIT, etc.
Work experience – 10years, worked in project execution from start to completion. Should have good knowledge on quality and safety for project execution.
Brief description of role
∙Knowledge of latest technology/practices in building construction ∙Execution of project as per WBC/ISO/Conquas standards
∙Ensure project progress as approved and discussed with Management ∙Identify potential contractors for project execution ∙Action oriented to complete project ahead of schedule
∙Team building and allocation of responsibilities to each team member ∙Motivate, Educate and Support team to achieve targets ∙Escalate issues to Management without any delays, to ensure project completion as planned ∙Good communication skills ∙Coordinate with the Architect office, HO, Contractors, Vendors, Site team to ensure information required is in place for activities to be commenced on time and completed as per schedule ∙
Ensure proper billing to all contractors, to enable prompt timely payment to contractors, etc
Communication – should be able to communicate in English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu
Age – 35 to 45years
Project location – Trichy
Salary – 70,000/-
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
