About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Marketing Intern to join our team. This dual-focus role is designed for a motivated fresher eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, client placement, and recruitment marketing.
This is a 6-month internship with a strong pathway to a permanent role. Exceptional performers will be offered full-time positions with upgraded compensation packages upon successful completion of the internship.
(Note: Local candidates from Thiruvananthapuram are highly preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Talent Acquisition:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Facilitate seamless communication and timely follow-ups with candidates to ensure a positive candidate journey.
- Onboarding & Compliance: Assist in the comprehensive onboarding of new hires and ensure all necessary documentation is accurately processed.
- HR Administration: Maintain, update, and secure HR databases and employee records.
- Engagement & Collaboration: Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate cross-departmentally to fulfill internal HR requirements.
Placement Marketing & Client Communication:
- CV Optimization: Restructure and refine student CVs into clean, single-column, ATS-friendly formats to maximize hiring success.
- Targeted Application Strategy: Analyze international job descriptions and tailor client resumes to align with specific employer requirements.
- Placement Execution: Manage manual application submissions via international company websites, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and premium job boards on behalf of our students.
- Client Coordination: Actively monitor applicant portals, track employer interview invitations, and promptly coordinate interview schedules with students.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, BBA, or a degree in a related field (Any stream).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional approach to client and candidate interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a strong attention to detail.
- Integrity: Proven ability to handle sensitive employee and client information with strict confidentiality.
- Logistics: Must be able to reliably commute to Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram, or plan to relocate before starting work.
