We are seeking a versatile All-Rounder to handle daily restaurant operations. You will prepare simple meals, serve customers, manage billing, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.Key Responsibilities1. Cooking & Food Preparation
- Prepare menu items according to standard recipes.
- Prep daily ingredients by chopping vegetables and cutting meats.
- Monitor food stock levels to ensure constant availability.
2. Guest Service & Front of House
- Greet incoming customers warmly and present menu options.
- Take accurate orders from guests and transmit them to the prep station.
- Deliver hot meals and drinks to tables promptly.
3. Billing & Cashier Duties
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process orders.
- Handle payment transactions via cash, cards, and digital wallets.
- Provide accurate change and receipts to dining guests.
4. Stewarding & Cleanliness
- Wash used dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils quickly.
- Sanitise food surfaces, dining tables, and service counters daily.
- Dispose of trash regularly to maintain food safety compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Multi-tasking ability to switch between kitchen and customer service roles.
- Basic culinary knowledge to handle simple cooking and prep work safely.
- Strong numerical skills for processing bills and handling cash transactions.
- Clear communication skills to interact politely with guests.
- High physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items during long shifts.
