We are looking for a Talent Management Executive to drive the employee lifecycle after
onboarding by supporting performance management, talent development, succession planning,
workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives across our centres. The
role will work closely with business leaders, Centre HRs, Learning & Development, and Talent
Acquisition to build a high-performing workforce and create a strong employee experience.
