WE ARE HIRING – NIGHT SHIFT RECEPTIONIST
Position: Receptionist (Night Shift)
Location: Matrix Hospital
Pillar No. 34, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Hospital Receptionist.
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Duty requirement: 15 to 30 night duties per month, as per the hospital roster.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred. Candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, email, and basic computer operations.
- Experience with Hospital Management Software (HMS) will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle patient registration, appointments, telephone calls, and front office operations efficiently.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently during night shifts.
Salary
- Starting salary: ₹18,000 per month for 30 duties.
- If selected for 15 duties, the salary will be discussed during the interview based on the duty schedule and hospital requirements.
