Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Responsibilities
During the course of the internship, you will be expected to deliver on the following key performance areas:
1. Growth Planning & Strategy
Co-develop and take ownership of weekly and monthly growth plans aligned with overall business objectives.
Map and manage the end-to-end growth funnel, from awareness to conversion, identifying key drivers for acceleration.
Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and customer behavior insights, to refine growth strategies.
2. MIS & Data Reporting
Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) dashboards to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership review. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all tracking systems.
3. CRM Management
Maintain CRM data hygiene by consistently updating, segmenting, and managing prospect and customer records.
Monitor and track all customer touchpoints, identifying gaps and drop-off points in the journey.
Support the design and implementation of CRM workflows and automated follow-up processes to enhance engagement.
4. Brand Awareness & Outreach
Execute targeted outreach initiatives through channels such as email, LinkedIn, and calls to strengthen brand presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of outreach messaging with overall brand positioning.
Identify and engage with potential partners, communities, and channels to expand market reach.
5. Need Creation & Problem Framing
Develop compelling narratives and use cases to help prospects identify and articulate their business challenges.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
