We are hiring for field sales officer for Probiz Management Services Pvt Ltd, who will drive loan file sourcing directly from the open market — engaging builders, brokers, connectors, and direct customers — and will be responsible for end-to-end customer file completion, property verification for secured loans, and achieving assigned disbursement targets.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Go into the open market daily to source loan files through builders, brokers, and connectors
- Directly source and generate new customer leads from the open market for loan requirements
- Achieve a monthly disbursement target of 2x monthly salary — e.g., Rs. 35,000 salary → Rs. 70 lakh disbursement target
- Collect complete loan file documentation from customers as per product requirement
- Conduct site visits and capture property photographs for secured loan cases
- Share at least 10 location-tagged selfies daily while working in the open market
- Daily share details of builders, brokers, and connectors met — name, company name, contact number, and location — with the team
- Ensure login fees and other related fees are collected from customers via QR code into the company account.
Required Skills:
● Strong field sales and networking ability in the open market
● Good communication and relationship-building skills (Hindi & English)
● Comfortable with daily field travel and site visits
● Basic smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, camera/GPS location sharing, QR payments)
● Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
Qualification & Experience:
● Graduate (any stream); prior field sales/DSA/loan sourcing experience preferred
● 1–3 years of experience in loan sourcing, field sales, or a similar market-facing role
● Own two-wheeler preferred for daily market visit
