- Hardware Maintenance: Installing and repairing desktops, laptops, servers, and storage systems
- Networking: Setting up LAN/WAN, structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6), and configuring switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Infrastructure Support: On-site setup for new branch locations, including racking servers and deploying IT assets.
- Security Systems: Installation and troubleshooting of CCTV cameras, biometrics, and access control systems.
- Emergency Response: Traveling to remote sites on short notice to rectify critical physical system failures

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC architecture, peripheral troubleshooting, and core network protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Education: A Diploma or Degree in Computer Hardware, Networking, IT, or Electronics & Communication.
