Key Responsibilities
· Plan, implement, and monitor the water project activities as per timelines.
· Coordinate with field team and community stakeholders for smooth execution.
· Regular field visits to ensure quality implementation and close monitoring.
· Maintain project documentation, records, and reports.
· Track progress against targets and prepare periodic reports for management/donors.
· Ensure to provide reports and success stories to partners monthly, quarterly, or as per guidelines.
· Assess and analysis of water demand-supply gaps in project areas and use findings to design and implement appropriate solutions.
· Verify existing water harvesting structures for their functionality and recommend revival or strengthening measures.
· Facilitate community meetings, trainings, awareness sessions, and exposure visits on water management and climate-resilient practices.
· Promote inclusion of women, marginalized groups, and small farmers in decision-making processes.
· Budget preparation, resource allocation, and utilization & monitoring.
· Organize meetings, workshops, and review sessions with stakeholders.
· Facilitate communication between project team, community, and partners.
· Identify risks, challenges, and gaps in implementation and suggest solutions.
· Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
