Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Marine Business Division. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, technical, procurement, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will contribute to revenue growth by managing quotations, tracking orders, supporting lead generation, and enhancing customer relationships. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in the marine and industrial solutions sector while directly impacting business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for marine products and services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper pricing, technical alignment, and timely delivery commitments
- Maintain and update price lists, contracts, and customer agreements
- Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets through effective coordination and follow-ups
- Track and manage sales orders from inquiry to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution
- Assist in lead generation and business development activities for the Marine Division
- Expand and maintain the client database through research, CRM updates, and relationship management
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine, Industrial, or related disciplines / B.Sc. Graduate
- Understanding of the marine sector/business is an added advantage (not mandatory)
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
