Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on websites and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Handle product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and images
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team
- Process and track online orders, returns, and refunds
- Manage customer queries and provide support
- Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and campaigns
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (Experience in e-commerce preferred)
