Operations & Client Success Executive

Purple Lemon is looking for a proactive Operations & Client Success Executive to work directly with the Founder and play a key role in managing client communications, project coordination, proposal development, lead follow-ups, and day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities: Founder Support
- Manage the Founder's priorities, meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
- Take meeting notes and convert discussions into clear tasks and timelines.
- Prepare meeting briefs and ensure timely follow-ups.
Client Success
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Share project updates, meeting summaries, and deliverables.
- Build a responsive and professional client experience.
Project & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on track.
- Create and manage tasks using Trello, Notion, or similar tools.
- Monitor deadlines, approvals, and project progress.
- Identify and escalate potential delays before they become issues.
Proposal & Strategy Support
- Prepare proposal drafts using existing templates.
- Assist with strategy documents, client audits, campaign plans, and reports.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, and industry research.
Lead & CRM Management
- Track inbound leads, referrals, networking contacts, and sales opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on all warm leads and proposals.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Client Success, Project Coordination, Executive Assistance, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working directly with a Founder in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, Canva, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing agencies, B2B businesses, or startups.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, websites, and AI tools (such as ChatGPT) is a plus.
Success in This Role
You'll be successful if you can:
- Keep projects, clients, and follow-ups running smoothly.
- Ensure proposals and deliverables are sent on time.
- Maintain organized project boards and CRM records.
- Help the Founder focus on business growth by taking ownership of operational coordination.
