We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Branch In-Charge to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead our team at our jewelry showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of jewelry retail operations, and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and high sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily showroom operations, sales procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and security protocols.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate sales executives and store staff to consistently achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high standards of customer service, handle VIP/HNI clients, and resolve customer grievances smoothly.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor daily stock audits, manage gold/diamond/gemstone inventory, and minimize shrinkage or discrepancies.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive branch revenue targets, execute promotional campaigns, and implement local marketing strategies.
- Compliance & Security: Enforce strict adherence to safety, security, and hallmarking/regulatory standards for high-value merchandise.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in retail branch management or assistant branch management.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience in the Jewelry Retail industry is strongly preferred (Gold, Diamond, Gemstones, or Fashion Jewelry).
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer handling, inventory control, and team management skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office, store inventory software).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
