About the Role:
EMR Groups of Industries is seeking skilled and dedicated Electricians & Technicians to support plant operations, maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on industrial experience.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 Year of Experience as an Electrician or Technician
Strong knowledge of end-to-end electrical and mechanical maintenance activities
Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment, motors, control panels, pumps, and machinery
Fluency in Tamil, English & Hindi (Mandatory)
Experience in Fertilizer, Manufacturing, Process Plant, or Industrial Environment will be an added advantage
Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle breakdown maintenance
Roles & Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and industrial equipment
Preventive and breakdown maintenance of motors, pumps, conveyors, and machinery
Inspection and troubleshooting of electrical panels and control systems
Ensure uninterrupted operation of plant equipment
Follow electrical safety standards and company protocols
Maintain maintenance records and daily reports
Support plant operations and continuous improvement initiatives
Educational Qualification:
ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, E&I, or Relevant Technical Qualification
Salary Package:
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(Based on experience, skills, and performance)
