About the Role
Are you a sales hunter with a passion for the digital world? Alsoltech is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive our Digital Marketing and Social Media Management (SMM) vertical.
You won't just be selling services; you’ll be selling growth. Your goal is to help brands navigate the complex digital landscape by pitching them our high-ROI marketing strategies, creative content solutions, and data-driven ad campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Identify & Close: Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B clients for Social Media Management (Instagram, LinkedIn, FB), SEO, and Performance Marketing (Ads).
- Consultative Pitching: Audit a brand’s current online presence and present a compelling "Digital Growth Roadmap" that converts prospects into long-term partners.
- Relationship Management: Act as the strategic bridge between the client and our creative team during the onboarding phase.
- Hit Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue goals through a mix of outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-ups.
- Market Trends: Stay sharp on the latest 2026 trends—from AI-integrated marketing to the latest algorithm shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- The Agency Pro: 2+ years of experience selling Digital Marketing services (preferred).
- The Communicator: You can explain ROAS, CPC, and Engagement Rates in a way that makes sense to a business owner.
- The Networker: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern CRM tools.
- The Closer: A proven track record of handling objections and closing monthly retainer contracts.
