Job Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads and sales by meeting architects, builders, contractors, and visiting construction sites in the assigned area. The candidate will promote our products, build strong relationships, and bring potential clients to the showroom for product selection and order closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit architects, builders, contractors, and construction sites in the assigned area to generate business.
- Actively identify and generate new leads from the market (projects, sites, references, walk-ins).
- Approach and convince clients (architects/builders/contractors) to visit the showroom.
- Promote and explain marble, granite, and natural stone products to potential clients.
- Coordinate and ensure showroom visits for interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry professionals.
- Take regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
- Work closely with the showroom team for smooth client handling and deal closure.
- Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the assigned area.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of field sales experience.
- Experience in marble, granite, tiles, building materials, or interior products industry will be preferred.
- Candidates from other industries with strong sales skills can also be considered.
- Prior experience working with architects, contractors, and builders is an advantage.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
