Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About the Internship
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. It is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates available for a full-time, work-from-office internship.
