Skylane Solutions is looking for an experienced and highly professional HR Specialist – IT to manage end-to-end IT recruitment and HR operations for our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews for technical profiles
- Coordinate with hiring managers regarding hiring requirements
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations
- Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR databases
- Handle employee engagement and performance management activities
- Ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation
- Build and maintain a positive and professional work culture
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations
- Strong experience hiring for technical and IT profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, confident, and organized personality
- Strong understanding of recruitment portals and LinkedIn hiring
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions
- Good coordination and employee management skills
