Job Title: Manager
Location: Chennai
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure business objectives are achieved. The Manager will report directly to the Managing Director (MD) and will be responsible for guiding both the factory and marketing teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving overall organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Managing Director (MD) and provide regular updates on operations and team performance.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the factory staff and marketing team.
- Ensure smooth coordination between production, sales, and other departments.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed on time.
- Develop team members through coaching, guidance, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure operational efficiency.
- Review marketing activities and support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Resolve operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and a positive work environment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage both factory operations and marketing teams.
- Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong people management and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an added advantage.

Salary
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 per month
