A. Talent Acquisition (60%)
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and support functions across assigned hospitals.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans in consultation with Unit Heads and stakeholders.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and networking channels.
Drive bulk hiring initiatives for frontline and operational roles to meet business requirements.
Organize and coordinate walk-in drives, campus recruitment programs, and recruitment events to build a robust talent pipeline.
Execute headhunting and targeted search strategies for critical and niche positions, including leadership and specialist roles.
Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer roll-out and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and MIS reports and provide periodic updates to management.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key and critical positions.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, and cost per hire.
Collaborate with external consultants and recruitment agencies for strategic hiring requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's visibility in the talent market.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
B. Cluster HR Operations (40%) Employee Lifecycle Management
Facilitate onboarding and induction of new employees.
Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth completion of exit formalities. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned hospitals.
Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Foster a positive work culture and employee experience. Performance Management
Coordinate probation reviews and annual performance appraisal processes.
Track employee performance and development requirements. HR Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support internal and external audits. Learning & Development
Coordinate induction and training programs.
Identify training needs and support capability-building initiatives. HR MIS & Analytics
Prepare and maintain reports/Tracker related to recruitment, attrition, manpower, and employee movements.
Analyze HR data and provide insights for effective decision-making.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
