Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, increase patient engagement, and generate quality leads through digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare marketing (preferred), digital advertising, website management, SEO, social media, and analytics. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and managing our PHP-based hospital website to ensure it remains updated, functional, secure, and optimized for performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase website traffic, patient inquiries, and appointment bookings.
- Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO coordination, and local SEO.
- Execute email marketing, remarketing, and content marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars in coordination with doctors and hospital departments.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages when required, and maintain the hospital's online reputation.
- Track social media performance and generate monthly reports.
Website Management (PHP Website)
- Manage and maintain the hospital's PHP-based website.
- Coordinate with website developers for bug fixes, feature enhancements, and technical updates.
- Update website content, doctor profiles, services, blogs, banners, and landing pages.
- Ensure website security, speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and uptime.
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
- Identify and resolve website issues promptly while ensuring all forms and appointment systems function correctly.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web analytics tools to monitor website and campaign performance.
- Interpret data to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare marketing is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
