Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or Retail Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with clients to present and sell a wide range of electrical products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The responsibilities include understanding the features and applications of products, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additionally, the role requires maintaining records of sales transactions, handling inquiries, and supporting the retail team when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical products and their applications
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills to address client needs and inquiries
- Proven expertise in sales processes and relationship-building
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience or certifications in sales or retail management is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
