Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will understand customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and lead generation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication with existing clients.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, business development, or customer success.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
