Key Responsibilities
- Nutritional Assessments: Evaluate clients' current dietary habits, medical history, lifestyle, and weight loss goals.
- Personalized Meal Planning: Develop customized, calorie-controlled meal plans and grocery lists that fit the client's preferences and cultural considerations.
- Behavioral Counseling: Provide ongoing coaching and motivational support to help clients overcome emotional eating and build sustainable, healthy habits.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor weight changes, body measurements, and overall health markers, modifying nutrition plans to ensure steady and safe progress.
- Client Education: Teach clients about portion control, reading food labels, and making healthy choices when dining out.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing/Certification: Typically requires being a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in the US, or registration with the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) locally.
- Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, empathy, and communication skills to effectively motivate clients and build trusting relationships.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of macronutrients, micronutrients, metabolism, and the psychology behind eating behaviors.
Pay: ₹20,076.79 - ₹41,637.84 per month
