Role Overview
The Sales CC is responsible for managing the end-to- end sales documentation process, procurement coordination, and service workflow management. This role ensures that all sales-related forms, financial negotiations, and operational tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Form Management
Capture & Material Forms: Accurately fill out Enquiry Capture Short Forms and Material Purchase Forms.
FMS & PO Management: Complete O2D (Order to Delivery) FMS forms and generate Purchase Orders (PO).
Reporting: Maintain daily marketing remark sheets and contribute to Monthly Performance Sheets.
2. Procurement & Negotiation
Rate Negotiation: Lead purchase rate negotiations to ensure cost-efficiency.
Financial Documents: Prepare quotations, P&L (Profit and Loss) statements, and manage GP (Gross Profit) forms for billing Operations & Client Engagement
Lead Conversion: Manage the enquiry conversion workflow to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Meetings: Organize and attend new client meetings, executive meetings, and weekly sales meetings.
Planning: Prepare monthly target sheets to align with organizational goals.
4. Service & Labor Coordination
Project Logistics: Arrange labor, materials, and equipment required for service-related work.
Workflow Oversight: Perform daily follow-ups on service work and labor maintenance tasks using the FMS (Field Management System).
Compliance: Verify all department documents and ensure accuracy in employee expense sheet filings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail for form filling and record-keeping.
Negotiation skills for handling vendors and purchase rates.
Proficiency in managing workflows through FMS or similar management systems
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
