Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, customer handling experience, and knowledge of collection processes in the NBFC or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through phone calls to collect overdue payments.
- Follow up on EMI dues and ensure timely payment collections.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers based on company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding loans and payments.
- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for account updates.
- Monitor delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Escalate high-risk or default accounts to the appropriate team.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company collection policies while interacting with customers.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- 3–6 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Customer Service, or Telecalling, preferably in an NBFC, Bank, or Financial Services company.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English and the local language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
