Job Description
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for assisting customers to choose and buy mobile phones, laptops, and accessories. You will create a friendly shopping experience and help the store meet its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their needs
- Explain features and benefits of mobiles, laptops, and accessories
- Demonstrate products to customers
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns
- Promote offers, warranties, and exchange deals
- Close sales and handle payment processing
- Maintain product displays and stock
- Keep knowledge of latest phone & laptop models and prices
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / local language)
Friendly and confident with customers
Basic tech understanding of mobiles & laptops
Sales-minded and goal-oriented
