We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage sales operations, backend activities, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales and backend operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
- Handle sales closing and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate sales and marketing activities.
- Monitor targets, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG Sales & Operations preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and sales-closing skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Experience in sales & marketing is an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
