Position Details
Role: Sales Executive
Location: Aundh, Pune
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales and lead conversion skills
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Experience in healthcare, skin/aesthetic, dental, IVF, wellness, or premium service industries preferred
- Confident in handling patient enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment bookings
- CRM/Excel knowledge
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach
Key Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into consultations
- Follow up with leads and patients
- Explain treatments and packages
- Maintain CRM and lead records
- Work closely with doctors to deliver an outstanding patient experience
