About the Role:
This is the ground-level engine of a company. The Field & Business Development Executive represents the firm across builder offices, project sites, and client touchpoints building relationships, gathering inventory, coordinating shoots, and supporting the Principal Advisor at every stage. This is a high-mobility role requiring someone presentable, organized and genuinely enthusiastic about the premium real estate space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit builders across Ahmedabad to register Monarch Estates as a channel partner.
- Collect inventory details, pricing, floor plans, and project information from builder teams.
- Coordinate site visits with photographers and videographers for asset shoots
- Accompany the Principal Advisor and clients on site visits
- Handle client onboarding — requirement forms, initial briefing, and documentation
- Feed all inventory and client data to the Office Executive for processing and upload
- Stay updated on new project launches, pricing changes, and builder developments
- Represent company professionally in all field interactions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with 1–3 years experience in real estate field work or builder coordination
- Well-presented, confident, and professional in all client and builder interactions
- Strong Gujarati and Hindi; functional English for documentation and correspondence
- Familiar with Ahmedabad's premium micro-markets — Thaltej, SG Highway, Prahlad Nagar, South Bopal
- Owns a two-wheeler and is comfortable with daily travel across Ahmedabad
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through — tasks completed without repeated reminders
- Relationship-oriented profile, not a commission-driven sales personality
