We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to lead and manage a high-performing customer service team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely resolution of investor/customer queries, monitoring team performance, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in MIS reporting, knowledge of SEBI regulations, and a good understanding of the securities market/RTA industry. NISM IIA certification and 5–7 years of relevant experience are required.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
