HR Assistant – Job Profile (Short)
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and biometric records.
- Support payroll by preparing attendance and leave data.
- Coordinate employee joining, induction, and exit formalities.
- Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws).
- Handle employee queries and maintain HR MIS reports.
- Perform general HR and administrative support as assigned.
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA (HR) preferred.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or Administration.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
