Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart operations, account health management, listing optimization, order processing, inventory management, and marketplace compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Monitor and maintain account health metrics and performance.
- Handle policy violations, performance notifications, and account-related issues.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Manage inventory, stock updates, and order processing.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
- Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and claims.
- Raise and follow up on support cases with marketplace teams.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Experience in Account Health Management.
- Knowledge of listing creation and catalog management.
- Understanding of marketplace policies and compliance requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
