About the Role
Euphoric Thought Technologies is looking for a skilled Python Developer with Azure experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python development, cloud-native application development on Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, and modern software engineering practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable applications for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and microservices.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop and deploy applications using Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.
- Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure Key Vault.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Key Vault.
- Good knowledge of SQL databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Kubernetes (AKS).
- Exposure to messaging services such as Azure Service Bus or Event Hub.
- Knowledge of Redis or caching mechanisms.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor or Application Insights.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
