Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect / Junior Architect with experience in real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for supporting design development, planning, and execution of landscape and architectural elements for plot, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2 - 5 Years in Real Estate / Land Development Projects
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Planning
- Assist in preparation of concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings
- Develop landscape master plans for residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP teams
- Ensure design compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and sustainability standards
Project Execution Support
- Support senior architects in project planning and execution
- Prepare presentation drawings, 3D views, and design reports
- Review site conditions and assist in design modifications as required
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
Technical Documentation
- Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and design specifications
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and revisions
- Assist in preparing tender drawings and project submissions
Site Coordination
- Conduct site visits and provide design clarifications
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and design intent
- Resolve design-related issues in coordination with project teams
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop (Revit/3D software is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles / architectural detailing
- Knowledge of real estate development processes
- Good visualization and presentation skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Pay: ₹14,137.50 - ₹35,000.00 per month
