About the Company:
Papas Trading Private Limited is a growing name in the trading and food processing industry. We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our quality assurance team at our Bengaluru facility as Quality Control (QC) Trainees.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent entry-level on-site opportunity for a B.Sc graduate looking to kickstart their career in food safety and quality management. As a QC Trainee, you will undergo training to understand, monitor, and execute quality checks, ensuring all products meet strict safety and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities (Trainee Level):
Testing & Analysis: Assist in conducting routine physical, chemical, and sensory checks on raw materials, packaging items, and finished products.
Lab Maintenance: Ensure the laboratory remains clean, safe, organized, and compliant with standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
Documentation & Records: Learn to maintain and systematically update daily QC logbooks, batch records, and lab registers.
Compliance Assistance: Assist the senior quality team in maintaining food safety standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FSSAI, and ISO 22000 / 18000 protocols.
Process Tracking: Verify that standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specifications are physically available in the lab before manufacturing job cards are released.
Hygiene Monitoring: Help monitor factory sanitation and food safety practices on the production floor.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education: B.Sc in Food Technology or Microbiology (Batch 2025/2026 graduates preferred).
Experience: Fresher (0 years of experience). Dedication to learning is key.
Basic Knowledge: Academic understanding of quality tools, GMP, GLP, HACCP, or ISO standards is highly preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic literacy in computer operations, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional emailing.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional production teams.
Attributes: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Shift: Day Shift
Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
