Senior Manager / Manager – Production Head (OSD Pharmaceuticals)
Location: Euploid Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. Thandavapura , Mysore
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager / Manager – Production to lead our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, regulatory exposure, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete OSD production department.
- Hands-on expertise in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packing, and Automatic Capsule Filling Machines.
- Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP and international regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and review production documentation in accordance with GMP guidelines.
- Drive productivity, quality, and continuous process improvement.
- Troubleshoot production equipment and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Build, mentor, and develop a strong production team.
- Demonstrate leadership, accountability, decision-making ability, and ownership of departmental performance.
- Coordinate effectively with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory inspections and GMP documentation.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership, deliver results, and drive operational excellence.
Compensation: As per industry standards and negotiable based on experience and competency.
Commitment: Candidates should be willing to make a minimum commitment of 3–4 years to ensure long-term organizational growth and stability.
