Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Fresher / Entry Level)Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineer (Fresher) to join our IT support team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop systems, laptops, printers, and basic network devices. Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Provide basic network troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Configure user accounts, email clients, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Perform system upgrades, antivirus updates, and routine maintenance.
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve user issues within the defined SLA.
- Maintain service reports and update support tickets.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues.
- Follow company IT policies and maintain proper documentation.

Qualification
