BricksToHome is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Drive team performance and achieve business targets.
- Monitor daily activities, conversions, and productivity.
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Handle customer escalations and support deal closures.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide performance feedback.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate Sales with team handling exposure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
