Job Description – F&B Assistant Manager
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B Assistant Manager for a hospital restaurant/cafeteria operation. The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in hospitals, cafeterias, restaurants, or institutional catering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food & beverage operations smoothly and efficiently
- Supervise restaurant/cafeteria staff and maintain discipline
- Ensure quality food service, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Handle customer queries and ensure patient/visitor satisfaction
- Monitor stock, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Support billing, reporting, and shift management activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hospital standards
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B operations
- Experience in hospital restaurant/cafeteria preferred
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to handle shifts and operational responsibilities
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
