Achyuta Public School is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Economics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage senior secondary students effectively. The role involves delivering high-quality instruction aligned with CBSE standards and preparing students for board examinations and competitive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Economics lessons for senior secondary classes (XI & XII).
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare students for board examinations with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and application-based learning.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support where needed.
- Integrate real-world economic concepts and current affairs into teaching.
- Participate in school meetings, academic planning, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment in the classroom.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Economics (M.A. Economics) with B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a PGT Economics teacher.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and examination patterns.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex economic concepts for students.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart boards is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
