Jewelnme Private Limited is seeking Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional communication and timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and deliveries.
- Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Maintain customer records and communication history.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
- Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Care, Client Support, Telecalling, or a related role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
