Job Description – BDM Architect / Interior Designing Sales
Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Architect & Interior Designing Sales
Experience Required
- Overall experience: 5–10 years
- Minimum 5 years experience in Architecture / Interior Designing
- Experience in Interior Sales, handling Architects, PMC, and design projects
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities in Architecture and Interior Designing projects
- Build and maintain relationships with Architects, PMCs, Interior Designers, and clients
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and design teams for project execution
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Interior Designing and Architectural projects
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Good negotiation and business development skills
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Designing / Civil Engineering / MBA (Marketing) or related field
- Candidates with relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
